Scott Bloom has an extensive insurance coverage background and has successfully represented insurers and insureds in complex claims and coverage disputes, including litigation in state and federal court, for 25 years. Scott advises insurers on claims and also has a broad tort and business litigation background, with experience in the areas of D&O insurance, professional liability, employment practices liablity insurance, tort defense (premises liability, construction defect, and product liability), HOA disputes, and franchise litigation.
