Andrew J. King provides advice and counseling on insurance coverage and indemnification issues arising from a variety of insurance products and risk-transfer arrangements. He utilizes his extensive experience evaluating, litigating, and resolving coverage disputes to deliver cost-effective, pragmatic guidance on complex claims. Andrew works with all parties to resolve claims involving insurance coverage issues through negotiation and mediation. Where necessary, he also litigates coverage-related actions on behalf of insurers in state and federal court.
